TP-701NS SINGLE
A fully automatic strapping machine offering single/parallel strapping solutions, the TP-701NS Single’s main features are:

MERCURY TP-702
 
Transpak Equipment Corp also supplies the Mercury TP-702, an automatic strapping machine capable of operating at speeds up to 65 straps per minute.  Its main features include the following:

Robust & Compact Mechanical Strapping Head
 
The Mercury TP-702 uses the latest DC brush less motor technology to provide the highest level of accuracy and reliability on the market. All motors are German made. The strapping head has no belts, clutches or pulleys. It is straightforward technology with few moving parts. Therefore, with 30% fewer parts, the Mercury requires fewer adjustments, has fewer wearable components, and requires less maintenance. The design of the Mercury simplifies all operations and is thereby extremely cost effective.

Free Access to Strap Guides
	A hinged top plate ensures easy access to the strapping head for quick maintenance. Simply unlocking the guides enables free and quick access to the strap guides without the need or use of any tools.
Waist-High Quick Coil Change
	An innovative design that comprises a quick release lock eliminates downtime when changing the coil.  There is no need to access the bottom of the machine, and this ensures that coil changing becomes a waist-high ergonomically quick and simple operation.
Waist-High Auto Strap Feeding
	Feeding the strap automatically from the upper side of the coil without the need to access the bottom of the machine is another user-friendly aspect of the design of the Mercury TP-702, thereby helping to reduce operator fatigue.
Easy Access Operating Control Panel	The operating control panel is located on the upper side of the machine for easy access, and again is user-friendly. Power cord feeding from the above makes the machine extremely safe to operate and avoids wire damage if required to move the machine.
Front Foot Bar Switch
	This design feature is a simple method of initiating the machine’s operating cycle.
Auto Strap Ejector
	A ‘loop-eject’ system clears an unwanted strap automatically if the machine is accidentally operated without a package, thereby eliminating downtime.
Adjustable Table Height
