The MVR4 machine is a patented system for high speed counting of pills, tablets, capsules, etc. It is fully controlled via PLC. Its standard equipment provides four vibrating tracks, independently started up by a pneumatic device.  Adjustment of vibration intensity is performed to optimise product feeding and alignment.

At the discharging station products are counted by an optic fibre photocell into four synchronisation baskets with automatic opening. Products are automatically discharged into four recycling tracks and finally conveyed into the recovery basket.
