In terms of the wrapping of products, Friedheim probably has the largest number of solutions currently available from the companies it represents. Beck Packautomaten has ‘High Performance’ models (Serienpacker, Multiplex, Sammelpacker, Fitpacker, Allroundpacker and Variant) that cover film wrapping, shrink-wrapping, sleeve wrapping, flow wrapping and 4-side sealing, as well as form shoulder wrapping that can encompass 3-side sealing or an overlapping working method. And if none of the above is suitable for your requirements then Beck offers a ‘custom’ design and manufacture service to meet those ‘special’ needs! In addition, a range of individual heat/shrink tunnels is available.
Buhrs is world renowned for its range of poly wrapping and paper wrapping systems for a multitude of operations, but with media and presentation activities being to the fore. These systems range from an entry-level model for shorter runs (1000/1000 Solo) right up to larger versions (5000) for more demanding and longer job runs.
As opposed to the ‘systems’ approach, Audion Elektro concentrates on providing smaller stand-alone units that only occupy a limited floor area, but are still highly useful and productive machines! The equipment Audion has on offer includes I-sealers, automatic and semi-automatic L-sealers, seal/shrink combination units, heat tunnels and shrink tunnels, as well as a hand-held heat gun for securing difficult seals.
