Friedheim International offers a range of service packages designed to help spot problems before they occur, keep your machine up and running for longer, and can even reduce the need for spare parts. Coupled with training facilities to ensure your staff are getting the most out of the equipment, these packages are designed to improve your efficiency and productivity, and gain that competitive edge.

Friedheim Service... Finishing First
Friedheim Service is committed to providing services and support that helps you invest wisely and operate profitably. We have the best knowledge about our machines and with over 22 engineers, including technical and help desk support, we are able to offer you the most responsive and skilled support available.

Once your machine warranty expires, our Service Contracts will help you maintain the performance and productivity of your Friedheim equipment. They offer peace of mind by delivering the right service at the right time, and money savings through calculable costs that protect you from unpleasant surprises. Select from our choice of Service Contracts to either simply build in regular preventative maintenance to your production schedules or, additionally, put a ceiling on the cost of sudden or unexpected breakdown and service visits through a comprehensive package.
WARRANTY
This is a comprehensive maintenance package available when buying new machines. The standard package gives up to 12 months cover, but it can be extended to two or three years and be included in a finance agreement. It provides for preventative maintenance at regular intervals and all service bills are covered. A service logbook is stamped, a real benefit when later selling the machine on.

FULL SERVICE
This is similar to Warranty but for machines already in production and is purchased after the guarantee period expires. Customers make an agreed payment per month so they can budget for all their service costs.

At Friedheim Service, our approach to maintenance is aimed at prevention, not unscheduled repairs. With our Preventative Maintenance programme, you receive the service you need, when you need it, and thus reduce downtime to a minimum. Fully modular, the programme gives you the option to mix and match service modules to achieve the service level that best corresponds to your needs.

The set-up module can be added to our "Preventative Maintenance Only", "Full Service" or "Warranty " agreements. It is a pre-arranged visit following the Machine Major Maintenance, and is carried out by our Technical Demonstrator with the purpose of restoring the Machine to its originally installed set-up. The Demonstrator completes a detailed checklist that includes roller adjustment, etc.
HEALTH CHECK
Why not let our engineers carry out regular check-ups on your machine at a fixed price? Specifically tailored to your machine's needs, our Health Check module typically comprises:

Scheduled visit that may include specific replacement parts

Complete product assessment by our factory trained, professional technicians - taking into account the number of active shifts, run lengths and your own in-house capability.
Health Checks are also available as one-off services.

When you need on-site assistance - breakdown repairs, equipment moves, refurbishment just call upon one of our highly qualified Friedheim Service technicians. In many parts of the country we can offer a three-shift service, and our team will visit the remotest parts of the UK in order to keep our customers in production. Individual services are charged on an hourly basis or an agreed fixed charge.

Educate your operators on the skills required to improve productivity – just call upon one of our highly qualified Friedheim Technical Demonstrators. In many parts of the country we can offer on-site training. If you identify a need for refresher training of your operators on applications or maintenance activities, we will be happy to develop bespoke programmes for you.
