Audion introduces new bundle packer The latest packaging solution from Audion Elektro is the BE-MATIC 29 (BM29), a semi-automatic combination bundle packer with tunnel that is ideal for shrink-wrapping and bundling numerous product items including bottles (glass and PET), boxes, jars, cans and cases, in a wide variety of pack collations.
Operation of the BE-MATIC 29 is straightforward. By pressing two buttons, the operator starts the seal cycle; a pneumatic device pushes the products inside the machine where the products are sleeve wrapped in PE film. The incorporated table provides enough space to enable the operator to collate products while at the machine.
The main features of the BE-MATIC 29 are:
- Pneumatic seal bar
- Pneumatic film cut made by cold blades
- Motor driven upper and lower film transport
- User-friendly control panel with back lit multi-lingual LCD
- Storage of 10 different programs
- Pneumatic product pusher activated by the operator
- Built-in safety devices such as safety covered seal bar
- Cooling fan at the end of the tunnel
- Pressure rod to stop products
