Form, fill & seal wrapper
The Iman Pack Micropac 200 form, fill and seal wrapper is a horizontal flow pack machine that features a top reel holder suitable for heat sealable film. It is also available in a three-axis control version for added flexibility.
Standard features:
- Stainless steel main frame with wheels under machine for safety and added mobility
- 1500 mm length and 200 mm width in-feed conveyor
- All surfaces in contact with product are in stainless steel
- Snap-on plastic pushers suitable for food use
- Replaceable sprockets to obtain different pitches of in-feed conveyor
(100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm and 300 mm standard)
- Cantilever single reel holder for 400 mm maximum film width
- Mechanical gearbox to adjust the bag length
- Toothed shaft suitable for setting up the machine according to the product length
- Safety covers manufactured in plastic material with safety micro switches
- 200 mm wide rotating jaw, with inclined knife controlled by electronic thermo regulator
- Longitudinal sealing unit equipped with two sets of fin wheels: the first to drive, the second controlled by electronic thermostat to seal, and one pair to fold the bottom seal
- Adjustable speed by potentiometer
