The Iman Pack Servovert is a high velocity, continuous operation vertical packaging machine.

Standard features:

• Up to 100 bags per minute, with a film barrier to ensure an airtight seal
• Welded structure joints
• Embossed reel holder with pneumatic blockage and adjustable hand wheel. 
  Maximum reel capacity is 600 mm in length and 400 mm in diameter
• Motorised unrolling of film controlled by a servo motor
• Easy to disassemble forming tube
• Film pull mediated by ridged conveyor belt and longitudinal sealing assembly, which are controlled by servo motors
• Conveyor belt and longitudinal sealing assembly pressure regulated by micrometric screws 
• Sealing assembly with 400 mm press plate controlled by servo motors
• Pneumatic system allows balanced movement of the transverse sealing assembly
• Rhythm and packing time of the transverse sealing assembly may be varied
