The Iman Pack MCWS 16/24 weighing and counting scale is a modular system designed to ensure maximum flexibility and productivity during processing.  The MCWS 16/24 is able to weigh and count from the smallest to the largest quantity of products, either at a medium or high production speed.

Standard features:

• 4 or 6 modular units, each one complete with:
• 1 x torsion vibrator with double output track
• 2 x weighing baskets complete with load cells
• 2 x deviating systems for the recovery of the product inside the vibrating container
• The system stops the product from exiting when the set weight is reached
• 1 x rotating system for the automatic feeding of the product for the 4 modular units
• Microprocessor-controlled weighing unit
• The machine can be connected to packing lines, cartoning lines and end-of-line machines
