Friedheim International enjoyed a successful IPEX 2014 as its visually prominent stand became a focus of much attention with the first appearance in the UK & Ireland of MBO’s new M80 folding machine.
Friedheim’s successful stand at IPEX 2014
The new M80 folder is being hailed as a whole new concept in folding, and likely to “revolutionise” the way printers and print finishers think about folding from now on! This is down to the inclusion of ‘Modular Design Technology”, which means that whatever specification of folder you initially purchase, by purchasing and interchanging alternative units – such as for feeding and delivery – your original folder can become something totally different! This makes any combination of set-up possible and enables folding flexibility to reach new heights of simplicity. It also gives users the freedom to add or interchange components to meet whatever demands the market or individual jobs may dictate – hence MBO’s assertion that folding becomes “future proof”!
Mark Bristow, Managing Director, says: “IPEX 2014 proved a highly successful event for Friedheim, and we were very pleased with the quality and quantity of visitors that came to our stand during the event, and in particular with the interest shown in the new MBO M80 folder. We managed to conclude more sales than we achieved at IPEX 2010, and we also have many sales enquiries to follow up over the coming months.”
Besides the MBO M80 folder, digital finishing specialist Hunkeler was resident on the Friedheim stand, performing almost continuous demonstrations of its Web Inspection System.
